Assoc. Prof. Xuan Li, East China Jiaotong University, China

Xuan Li received the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2017. He is currently an Associate Professor with the school of information engineering, East China Jiaotong University. His research interests include internet of vehicles, cognitive radio networks and green communications.

李轩，副教授，博士毕业于西安电子科技大学综合业务网理论及关键技术国家重点实验室，目前就职于华东交通大学信息工程学院。研究领域包括车联网，认知无线网络以及绿色通信。主持参与国家级省部级自然科学基金6项，授权专利4项，科研成果发表在IEEE transactions on communications，IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking, SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences 等行业认可的高质量期刊上。
