Hongzhuan ZHAO，Male，is native of Guilin. He is an associate professor of College of architecture and transportation engineering of GUET (Guilin University of Electronic Technology), supervisor of postgraduate, vice- director of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Transportation System in Guangxi Universities.

As reviewer of Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications, European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Transportation Engineering, IEEE Access, IEEE Trans. on Intelligent Transportation Systems, Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications, International Journal of Intelligent Transportation Systems Research etc. more than 10 domestic and foreign academic journals. In PROMET - Traffic and Transportation, Proceedings of the Institution of Civil Engineers journal Transport, Security and communication networks, IET-Intelligent Transport System, IET-software, International Journal of Network Security, Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology, he has published more than 20 papers (SCI/EI Retrieval).

赵红专，男，1985年1月生，副教授，博士，博士后，汉族，籍贯广西桂林，中共党员，硕士生导师，智能交通系统广西高校重点实验室副主任。研究方向：智能交通系统，交通信息与控制，智能网联汽车，智慧停车，可靠感知技术，可信交互技术等。

主持国家自然科学青年基金1项；主持中国博士后基金1项，主持广西自然科学基金面上项目1项；主持广西科技基地与人才专项1项；主持广西中青年教师基础能力提升项目1项；主持教育部产学合作协同育人项目1项，主持桂林电子科技大学学位与研究生教育改革课题1项；主持桂林电子科技大学教育教学改革项目1项。作为第一指导教师指导广西区级大学生创新训练项目3项；近5年以第一作者或通信作者身份发表SCI/EI收录论文18余篇。承担了《智能运输系统概论》、《研究生英语》、《计算机网络》、《智能检测技术》、《交通管理与控制理论》以及《交通通信技术基础》等多门课程的教学任务。
